In 2005, Fun Learners’ School was born from the vision of two passionate educators, Mr. Chee Chin Young and Ms. Cha Pei Pei, who dreamed of revolutionizing education by blending academic excellence with the joy of learning. Fast forward 20 years, what started as a small center of two educators has blossomed into three thriving centers in Singapore, two overseas centers, a sister school, and partnerships spanning the globe. Today, Fun Learners’ School stands as a beacon of hope and inspiration for learners in Singapore and beyond.
A Community That Thrives
Over the years, Fun Learners’ School has nurtured a remarkable community of learners and alumni. Many have gone on to graduate from esteemed institutions such as NUS, NTU, SMU, and UCL. Each success story reminds us of the transformative power of education, but what truly warms our hearts is when alumni return to join our mission. What sets Fun Learners' School apart? It’s their unwavering commitment to making education both effective and enjoyable.
Mr. Chee Chin Young, a renowned textbook writer and creator of the educational game Number Battles, brings a wealth of expertise in English, Mathematics, and Science. His teaching philosophy simplifies complex concepts and fosters critical thinking, empowering students to thrive academically and embrace lifelong learning.
Ms. Cha Pei Pei, an accomplished ASEAN Scholar, excels in helping students study more efficiently. Her innovations, like Han Twister, make mastering Chinese (中文） an engaging experience.
Together, they’ve cultivated a nurturing environment where students excel academically while developing a genuine passion for learning.
Achievements That Inspire
Among the school’s many achievements, one standout is its textbook My Pals are Here: Science 3 & 4, nominated as the best educational book in 2020 and widely used in Singapore schools. Fun Learners’ School continues to push boundaries, embracing technology with innovations like SpotzOn, an A.I. question bank featuring over 300,000 questions, and introducing Singapore’s first flipped classroom concept, eNobel. These efforts have been expanded globally, with projects and partnerships in eight countries, including Malaysia, the Philippines, and China.
Celebrating 20 Years: Milestones and New Horizons
As 2025 marks Fun Learners' School’s 20th anniversary, this celebration coincides with Singapore’s 60th year of independence. In line with the national theme, “SG60: Building Our Singapore Together,” the school reflects its deep roots and commitment to growth.
From three thriving branches, Fun Learners’ School plans to double its reach to six locations this year, cementing its role as a leader in education. This achievement showcases resilience and adaptability in a competitive landscape where many tuition centers come and go.

Amazing Race Game for Learners: Supported by the Heartland Place Making Grant, this event will take learning outside the classroom, encouraging teamwork, problem-solving, and fun in the heartlands.
